How long does a typical project take?
Project timelines vary based on scope and complexity. A 1BHK typically takes 2-3 months, 2BHK takes 3-4 months, and 3BHK takes 4-5 months from design approval to final handover. Commercial projects depend on size and requirements. We provide detailed timelines during consultation.
Do you provide 3D visualization before starting work?
Absolutely! Every project includes detailed 2D floor plans and photorealistic 3D renders. You'll see exactly how your space will look before we begin execution. This ensures you're completely confident in the design and allows for easy modifications during the planning phase.
What's included in your turnkey service?
Our turnkey service covers everything: design consultation, 2D and 3D planning, material procurement, furniture fabrication, false ceiling work, electrical and plumbing modifications, painting and texture work, lighting installation, décor placement, and final cleaning. You get a completely finished space, ready to move in.
Can we use our own contractors or vendors?
While we recommend using our experienced team for consistency and quality control, we can coordinate with your preferred contractors for specific elements if needed. However, we maintain responsibility for quality only on work executed by our team.
What if we want to make changes during execution?
Minor modifications can usually be accommodated without significant delays. Major changes may require timeline adjustments and cost revisions. We discuss all implications before proceeding with changes, ensuring transparency and mutual agreement.
Do you offer warranties on your work?
Yes! We provide warranties on different components: 1 year on workmanship, manufacturer warranties on materials and fittings (typically 1-10 years depending on product), and ongoing support for any concerns. We're committed to your satisfaction beyond project completion.
How is payment structured?

We maintain an extensive portfolio of photos and videos. With client permission, we can sometimes arrange site visits to completed projects. Our office also displays samples of materials, textures, and decorative items so you can see and feel quality firsthand.
